My 16-year journey with Lennox has been deeply fulfilling. I’m proud to have been contributing to products that create safe and comfortable environments for millions. Lennox has enabled me to work with cutting-edge technologies while maintaining a healthy work–life balance and focusing on well-being.

My 15+ years at Lennox India have been a journey of continuous learning and growth. Working across different businesses gave me wide exposure and experience. I’ve always felt supported while taking on new challenges, and the organization truly values effort and recognizes good work. Being part of CSR initiatives has also allowed me to give back to the community.

I began my career at Lennox with a passion for web technologies. Over time, challenges helped shape my skills and work ethic. Today, I lead initiatives, manage a team, and mentor others. The journey from learning tasks to leading outcomes has been truly rewarding.

I joined Lennox in 2014 and have grown from individual contributor to a managerial position today. My journey has included project delivery, process improvements, and team development. Beyond work, I also had the opportunity to contribute to CSR and organizational initiatives.

My decade at Lennox has been a journey of resilience and growth. Joining as the first woman in the Mechanical Engineering department was a defining milestone. I’ve grown both personally and professionally, and I’m proud of the path I’ve built here.

From my first interview day, I felt Lennox was the place I wanted to be. Seven years later, it has been an exciting and rewarding journey. The supportive culture and healthy work–life balance have helped me grow both professionally and personally.

Working at Lennox has been an incredibly positive experience. As my first product-based company, it has given me opportunities to learn and grow in a supportive environment. The open communication, collaboration, and guidance from teammates and leaders motivate me to give my best every day.

Joining Lennox as a Developer and UI/UX specialist has been a transformative experience. Moving into a product-based environment allowed me to explore the HVAC domain and leverage AI in my work. Contributing to team learning through UI/UX sessions has been especially rewarding.

My journey at Lennox began as a contractor and later transitioned into a full-time role, a milestone I’m proud of. The collaborative culture creates strong opportunities to learn and grow. I’m grateful to be part of an organization that truly values teamwork.

I joined Lennox as a Graduate Trainee, marking the start of my professional journey. The organization’s focus on employee growth, learning, and well-being has helped me grow both personally and professionally.

I began my journey at Lennox in Finance, where I built a strong foundation in business processes. Through the Internal Job Posting program, I transitioned into IT Application Operations. The supportive culture and opportunities here have helped me continue learning and growing professionally.
